The Asbestos Group were appointed Principal Contractor for the removal of asbestos from a Bingo Hall previously a former cinema . The works fell under a JCT contract for Minor Works and the contract was successfully completed in April 2023 . The JCT contract was awarded in October 2022 and the building was handed back in April 2023 after the complete strip out of damaged asbestos and contaminated seating, suspended ceiling and stage area.
